How we work with personal data, why, and how we process it.

What are personal data

Personal information means any information about an identified or identifiable natural person (data subject). An identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of a particular identifier (name, number, code) or one or more specific elements of the physical, physiological, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that individual. The protection of personal data is regulated by Act No. 101/2000 Coll., On the Protection of Personal Data (the Personal Data Protection Act) and with effect from 25 May 2018 by Regulation (EU) 2016/679, on the Protection of Individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (hereinafter referred to as GDPR).

Personal data processing is any operation or set of operations that the administrator or processor performs with personal data or personal data files using or without automated procedures such as collecting, , disclosure by transmission, distribution or any other disclosure, sorting or combining, restraint, erasure or destruction.

    We do not currently use applications for automated data collection.

Data security

We handle your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Czech legislation. We use both automated and non-automated means to process personal data. All data is stored on secure servers stored exclusively in the European Union. We protect personal data to the fullest extent possible using modern technologies that correspond to the level of technical development.

 

Who can access personal information?

We are authorized to provide these data to the competent governmental authorities, upon request, in accordance with the law, and you understand this.

Together with your consent, we have received an affidavit that you are over 18 years old.

We do not work with any sensitive personally identifiable information, ie personal information of ethnic, racial or ethnic origin, political attitudes, membership of trade unions, religion and philosophical beliefs, convictions, health and sexual life of the data subject and genetic or biometric the data subject.

We fulfill the obligation to provide information pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act.

We allow you to exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act.

We fulfill all other duties of the personal data controller pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act.
